Truly a family team; brothers, Benedict and Gavin Lane, run the cattle enterprise together and have been involved with agriculture all their lives and work land which was originally farmed by their grandfather.

The cattle live on a farm at Terrington, Norfolk, on the banks of the River Great Ouse, one of the five rivers of the Wash Estuary. Here they spend the summer grazing the salt marshes. The land here is truly wild. It is neither fertilized nor sprayed and is rich in nutrients. The creeks run throughout making it hazardous at high tide.
