The barn and outside areas are not bookable and are first-come, first-served. Pizza is only available in the barn not in the restaurant.

If possible, please contact us by phone during mid morning or mid afternoon Mon-Thurs. During service at lunch and dinner we are extremely busy and whilst we do our very best to answer, it is not always possible to do so.

The Dabbling Duck is located in Gt. Massingham about 2 miles from the A148 and roughly half way between King’s Lynn and Fakenham. For directions, please use the Google Map tool on the right or follow the directions below:

From King’s Lynn:

Take the B1145 from the Queen Elizabeth Hospital roundabout towards Gayton. Travel along the B1145, through Gayton and on for another 5 miles. At the small cross roads turn left (signposted to Great Massingham). Continue along this road until you reach the village centre.

From Fakenham:

Take the A148 (signposted towards King’s Lynn). Continue along the A148 for about 9 miles, through East Rudham. Then turn left onto Nethergate Street (signposted Massingham, Harpley), and continue on this road through Harpley in to Great Massingham.

From Swaffham:

Take the A1065 towards Cromer. After 6-7 miles turn left onto the B1145 (signposted King’s Lynn), then after 2 miles turn right onto Rougham Road. Continue along this road.
