What a fabulous evening to sit outside to eat. 🌞 We headed away from the coast last night to the beautiful village of Great Massingham. Only 20mins from @theorangerysnettisham but certainly avoids the coastal crowds. @dabbling_duck_pub stands proudly in the centre of the village between the two ponds. They have worked incredibly hard to cater for guests and to meet the current safety guidance. There was plenty of outdoor seating in the garden with extra in the meadow. Ordering online is preferable and there is a great menu (although not up to their full menu, there is still plenty to choose from) and a fantastic pizza kitchen open!

So we have been back open for a few days, and what

So we have been back open for a few days, and what have we learnt from this completely new way of working.
We will continue to wear mask & gloves for a while yet, although we were worried that it alienates us and you can’t see our lovely smiley faces 😁, the feedback from guest staying is that , they feel safer & it makes it clear we are taking the precautions seriously .
The signage in the pub , and new layout is working and thank you to everyone for being patient .
PLEAES BOOK AHEAD FOR TABLES INSIDE , WE GET FULL VERY QUICKLY , especially in the evenings .
Although everyone has embraced the reduced menu, we are starting to fill the specials board to give you all a little more choice .
