As we look forward to our first Steak Night of the year, we would like to say a little about our beef supplier.
We have partnered up with Raynham Estate located a few miles up the road, who are supplying us with their Aberdeen Angus beef. Butchered on site at the pub, we make full use of the whole beast with very little waste.

Raynhams farming team prioritise the well-being and natural rearing of their cattle. The Aberdeen Angus suckler herd embodies this philosophy, where calves stay alongside their mothers, fostering a nurturing environment and promoting their overall welfare.

Daphne had the best time on her walk at Titchwell, you can park up and walk all the way down to the beach and then it’s just a race down to the sea! I think the music was made for Daph , she was very happy indeed.

It’s advised that you keep your pooch on the lead as you walk across the bird reserve and marsh, but as soon as you have the beach in sight, it’s all yours!

We are proud to of partnered up with Raynham Estate, who will now be supplying us with their Aberdeen Angus cattle.

We met them while they were happily munching their lunch, in the warm barns for winter . We will be going back in the spring to see them out on their lush parkland.

Raynham believe that welfare is key and fostering a nurturing environment with as little stress as possible. They are located 10 min up the road from the pub, the ‘farm to fork’ strategy being key to us.
